Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers on certification, customization, lead time, installation and warranty.
Are Weilin Qinli lifts certified?
Yes. Our process is ISO 9001 certified, our main range is CE certified under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and we hold the Special Equipment Production License TS2444A84-2030.
Do you manufacture lifts to custom specifications?
Yes. Load capacity, platform size, lifting height, power supply and control options are all customized to your site.
What is the typical production lead time?
Lead time depends on model, specification and quantity. We confirm the exact lead time in your quotation before you commit.
Do you provide installation and after-sales service overseas?
We dispatch our own installation engineers for on-site commissioning, operator training and spare parts support by phone, WhatsApp or on site.
What warranty do you offer?
In-house manufactured hydraulic cylinders carry a 2-year warranty; the complete machine is covered by our standard quality warranty.
What safety devices are included?
Standard: overload valve, anti-drop valve, limit switch and emergency stop. Extra guarding and interlocks on request.
Do scissor lifts require a pit?
No. They rise flush with the floor from ground level — no pit or ramp needed, ideal for retrofitting.
Can you supply spare parts?
Yes. Because we manufacture the core components — including the hydraulic cylinders — in-house, spare parts are available for the full life of the machine and can be shipped worldwide.
What power supply options are available?
We build for 380 V / 220 V, 50/60 Hz as required. Battery and manual options also available.
